We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging within 28 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original box and ensure it is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 days.
